Bathed in light, the vines classified as AOP Cotes de Provence White are planted on the Estate, in a natural amphitheater of “Restanques”.

Yield : 40 hl/ha
Vinification : Direct pressing, low temperature fermentation.
Maturing : Thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Visual Appreciation : Crystalline yellow color, with brilliant reflections.
Olfactory Appreciation : Expressive and aromatic nose with citrus notes (lemon, pomelo) and floral and vegetal notes.
Taste : Lively and aromatic attack accompanied by lemony aromas on a mineral finish.
