Bandol Red 2013, Vintage "Delphi"
The Delphi 2013 vintage was born from the will of Roger Jaar, owner of Estate Souviou, to create a wine made from parcel selections in the heart of the Bandol appellation area. The grapes come from a blend of terroirs; from south-facing hillsides facing the sea, on clay-limestone, marl or sandstone soils. Structured and complex, this wine goes wonderfully with small game, Provencal stew or lamb.
